Our adoption process is pretty simple. You find the pet you are interested in adopting, and contact us to request an Adoption Application. Fill out the Adoption Application and return it with your signature.
If you are approved to adopt, you will be notified within a couple of days, and you can make arrangements to pick up your pet.
Adoption fees are based on age, breed, training, and health. An adoption fee rarely ever covers the expenses associated with the pet being adopted, and getting it to the point of being adoptable. If by some rare chance, the adoption fee does bring a net profit to Sunny Acres, it will be applied to another pet still in rehab.
