5 A'S is a 51 year old Non-Profit, Non-Kill Shelter serving the areas of Alton, Godfrey, East Alton, Roxana, Bethalto, Wood River, Illinois. These communities are in Madison County Illinois. We do have clients from Jersey and Macoupin county also.

Additional adoption info

Adoption process requires a visit to the Shelter so the client can meet our wonderful population of over 135 animals. We have both young and old waiting for that "forever home". Fees range on dogs and puppies from $75.00 to $150.00...Cats and kittens from $55.00 to $70.00. All are chipped, most are spayed or neutered and have rabies shots.
