Rescue FAQs

The mission of the Pet Alliance of St. Louis (P.A.ST.) is to find a permanent home for animals rescued from the streets, high kill facilities, or that their owners no longer want. P.A.ST. Is focused on allowing pets to put their pasts behind them, so they may have a bright future in a caring, loving home.
We serve the greater St. Louis area. We are a foster based rescue working out of Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Additional adoption info

All of our pets are spayed or neutered, current on their shots & microchipped before they go to their Forever Homes.  We will continue to pay for Heartworm treatment that any of our pets are undergoing if they're adopted during treatment.

Our Adoption Process includes a signed, completed Adoption Application, a home check and a signed Contract. Adoption Fees are $200 for adult dogs, $250 for puppies and $35 for adult cats & kittens. We must have all signed documents with payment before our pets go to their Forever Homes.
