We serve the greater Puget Sound area, including Seattle, Tacoma and outlying areas in Washington State.

Ferret Shelter Northwest's Adoption Process

We charge no fees for adoption, but have a comprehensive questionnaire to determine suitability. We specialize in caring for mostly un-adoptable ferrets, like those with medical conditions, behavioral problems, or those that had been past victims of abuse, but occasionally get in adoptable ferrets.

We specialize in caring for mostly un-adoptable ferrets, like those with medical conditions, behavioral problems, or those that had been past victims of abuse.
We are actually more of a hospice for older and/or medically challenged, but otherwise vital, ferrets.
