Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationView adoptable pets online at indyhumane.org/adopt. Then come to the shelter to apply for the animal.
- InterviewYou'll meet with an adoption counselor to make sure you and the animal are a perfect match!
- Meet the PetYou'll meet the pet and take them home!
Additional adoption info
Each adoptable cat and dog has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Our adoption counselors are happy to share their behavioral and medical background with you during the application process!
