My name is Penny and I moved to Halstad MN in 2007. Shortly after moving here, I discovered that all strays are shot. Norman County needed a shelter, so I am opening one. We are small right now, but we are looking at expanding within 2 years to expand services to include all animal types. I have always done animal rescue on a small scale and I specialized in neonates that required extra care and attention. Examples:orphaned raccoon kits and orphaned kittens.
