Rescue FAQs

"Science may never comprehend the full extent of what dogs know about language, problem solving, the past, the future, God, time or philosophy. In the end, we must content ourselves with the fact that dogs know enough to be dogs -which is all that is really required of them." - Dr. Stanley Coren Regardless of where a dog comes from, The Penny Foundation believes all dogs are worth saving, their "issues" are trainable, and people really can learn new tricks. So whether it's from us or another rescue or shelter, Adopt Don't Shop! You can save a life!
