Rescue FAQs

Madison Animal Rescue Foundation (MARF) gives rescue animals another chance by placing them in caring foster homes with fosters dedicated to training & socialization! We learn their personality & temperament, hoping to ensure that your new pet fits perfectly into your family! It is our goal & our passion to save lives... one animal at a time!!
Our animals are usually rescued from Madison Animal Control, Madison, Alabama. We also take in animals from the surrounding area. All animals are given health exams, including a heart worm test. They are up do date on all shots appropriate to age. All animals who are of age, have been spayed/neutered. For puppies/kittens, MARF will provide a scheduled time for the animal to be altered.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees vary depending upon age and breed. Our animals are strictly indoor/outdoor and we do not adopt out an animal who is to be kept exclusively outside.
