Additional adoption info
-Potential adopters are required to fill out a dog/cat adoption survey before viewing animals.
-Renters are required to provide documentation from their landlord stating acceptance of animals.
-Dog adopters must bring their dog for a mandatory Meet & Greet with the CHS dog before completion of an adoption. Proof or rabies vaccine is required.
-Adoption fees vary by age and breed.
