We are a private, non-profit animal shelter. We take in stray and unwanted animals and work to find them suitable living arrangements.
We accept stray and privately owned pets from McKean County, Pennsylvania.
Additional adoption info
We ask that potential adopters complete a pre-adoption questionnaire. Once approved for adoption, individuals may choose a pet to meet. We ask that other pets be brought to the shelter to meet potential new family members. We then require a 7 day foster period. After the 7 day foster, you are then free to complete the official adoption paperwork. Current adoption fees are $60 for dogs and $45 for cats.
