We are a department of the Liberal Police Department, a non-profit government agency.
We servive the county of Seward and the city of Liberal, KS with animal enforcement and control.

Our shelter is proud to help connect animals in need with loving homes. Please note that an adoption application must be completed on our shelter's website using ShelterLuv or in person at the Liberal Animal Shelter.
Adoption Fees
Dog - $230.00 ($20.00 adoption fee, $15.00 rabies deposit, $150.00 spay/neuter deposit, $15.00 Vaccines, $30.00 Microchip). Once the dog has spayed/neutered & they have received their rabies vaccine, you will be reimbursed $165.00 by the City of Liberal.
Cat - $148.00 ($15.00 adoption fee, $15.00 rabies deposit, $80.00 spay/neuter deposit, $8.00 Vaccines, $30.00 Microchip). Once the cat has been spayed/neutered & they have received their rabies vaccine, you will be reimbursed $95.00 by the City of Liberal.
