We promote the awareness of Northern Michigan Animal Shelters and the many dogs and cats available for adoption.
We do not serve a particular county we help people in Northern Michigan and work within many of the counties in the Northern tip of the mitt, mailnly those bordering Cheboygan.
Additional adoption info
Each individual adoption is handled on a case by case basis. Each potential adopter will be interviewed to see if the pet and new owner are a match. Each person is then asked for a vet reference and they are checked up on by a member of the goup. Depneding on the age of the animal, the health status, and what is involved with the animals to make it adoptable the fees range from $60 to $150. All animals are spayed and neutered prior to adoption, and current on shots.
