Unchained requires that all potential adopters fill out an adoption application, which we then review, and perform appropriate reference checks. Upon approval of the application, the applicant will meet the dog, either at the foster's home, or the dog will be brought to the potential adopter for a home visit. At the time of adoption, an adoption contract will be required along with an adoption fee.
