Animal Care and Welfare, Inc. has been in existence since 1970 helping low-income families with low-cost spays, neuters, and medical emergencies. We also educate the public in the importance of spaying and neutering their pets.
Animal Care and Welfare, Inc. helps clients primarily in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. In addition to adopting animals to Guardians, we help low-income families with low-cost spays, neuters, and medical emergencies. We also try to educate the public of the importance of spaying and neutering pets.

Cats - $97.00
In order to adopt an animal from AC&W, you must sign a contract, which requires references and the return of the animal if the adoption does not work out. The adoption fee includes: temperament testing, flea treatment, worming, all applicable shots, heartworm/feline aids and leukemia testing, spay or neuter, and professional grooming.
