H.E.L.P. (Help Elevate Life for Pets) IRS # 95-4067643 is a non-profit, no kill, no cage animal shelter. We are located at 4008 N. Decatur Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89130.
we save animals dogs and cats from people about to put their pets in kill shelters and we are a no kill no-cage animal shelter . we need people to come and adopt from us because we are on the west side of town so we can continue to take more into our shelter and help people out.

Its basically by donation no less than a 25.00 donation.
