We do require that you meet the following requirements: You must own your own home or have written permission from your rental agency or landlord that states you have permission to have a pet. You must be over the age of 18. You MUST have a fenced yard..NO EXCEPTIONS. You must be able to provide food,water,shelter,grooming,and any other needs. If you can no longer keep your adopted Yorkie, It must come back to us.
