Our program is intended for those who could not otherwise afford these services! We have the right to refuse services if we feel you can afford these services from your regular veterinarian. You may be required to show proof of financial need to participate in our program. If you can afford to have your pet vaccinated and or spayed or neutered, please call your veterinarian for these services.
