A Denver, IN 46926 rescue helping to find loving homes for dogs, rabbits, small animals, birds, farm-type animals.
This rescue hasn't posted any pets that match these criteria.
We have been forced to become a puppy rescue only. We are able to take in a few adults, but our zoning and kennel license only allow us to have 10 adult dogs. We are more than happy to help owners find homes for their pets by posting them on our rescue site. We will come take pictures of them and even bring them current on their shots/wormings for you. Please let us know if you need our help. We rescue from any city/county that needs our help. We were contacted by Moore Love Rescue out of Decatur County December of 2010 to help with the New Orleans flood dogs that were never claimed so the shelters were over flowing with unwanted dogs/puppies/ and cats. We drove to Greensburg IN. where we were able to help rescue some of the dogs/puppies.
Please email us to request an application if you are not able to locate one online.
Once your application has been submitted and approved we will then contact you to set up an meet/greet.
We will only (normally) hold your rescue for you for 24 hours to make the trip to us to adopt. So it is same day adoption.
You will take your rescue home the day you come to meet him/her as long as they are a good fit.
We are a home based rescue. We work with several rescues to help transport, find fosters, or help make room by moving dogs to other no kill rescues/shelters. We would like to send a special THANK YOU out to all the wonderful rescues we have been working with in the past 8 months. You are all wonderful people and do a GREAT JOB. We all know how much time and hard work it takes to rescue an animal, let alone many homeless babies. Good luck to you all in rescue. We would also like to thank anyone and everyone who has adopted a pet, wether it was one of Forever Paws pups or any other rescue. All of these homeless animals need a forever home and its wonderful there are people who adopt.
All of our adoptions are by appointment only. Our pets are all fostered so you will either be going to the foster parents home to meet/adopt your new pet or you will be meeting at one of our many adoption events. Pets can be seen at any time, we try to make ourselves available at all times.
