We are only allowed to pick up and recieve dogs if you live within city limits. We would love to help other cities towns and counties, but are facility can only hold certain amount of dogs. Until our new facility opens up. Keep You Posted! We welcome anyone & everyone to stop by the Tishomingo Animal Shelter to Adopt Our Foster Our Shelter Dogs. The fees varies on the dog. And what shots the dog was our has been givin. We do have a contract/requriments sheet so we can stay in touch and make sure our dogs is in safe place.

About Tishomingo Animal Shelter

My name is Sheena and i am the Assistant Animal Control Officer. What i do i clean and feed after the animals, i take care there needs. Walk the dogs if the weather is nice. Do adoptions at Petsmart, Tractor Supply and Orscheln. Any places that will let us have hope for the dogs.
Why do i do it, well this last summer i volunteered to walk the dogs at the shelter everyday. I wanted to do more and then the job adrose and i got the job and been here ever since Aug. And enjoy what i do. Hey i am out there freezing, rain our shine taking care of the dogs. And love every moment to see the dogs faces and love everyday!
