Rescue FAQs

Meow Paws Rescue is a private non profit rescue home that saves feral or homeless cats and kittens. Our goal is to allow these cats to feel loved and place them in forever loving homes. If we do not rescue the feral cats as very young kittens, it is very difficult to place them with families with other pets or children. Most ferals remain timid and frightened, and it is very difficult to adopt them out. A feral cat can be a very special companion for a quiet household.
Meow Paws Rescue is located in Eastern Washington in a small town called Selah.

If you are interested in one of our special cats, please call or email us. We will ask you questions, and if you are eligible to adopt a cat, you will sign an adoption contract.
