Our primary service area is the city limits of Torrington, but we will provide a safe haven for dogs picked up outside the the city limits.

We have an application process. We contact landlords, veterinarians to verify presently owned animals vaccination history and altered status. All pets leaving our facility are spayed or neutered and up to date on vaccinations providing they are old enough. If not old enough a refundable deposit is required.
