Rescue FAQs

Heavenly Pet Sanctuary is a peaceful countryside refuge on 34 acres for homeless dogs and cats. We offer adoptions and also long term care and sheltering for pets who have special needs or who require time to rehabilitate. Our specialty is the relaxing, natural environment where cats live in a homelike, cageless environment and dogs have very large, fenced, grassy outdoor enclosures with pools in summer and access to miles of walking trails.

Additional adoption info

To adopt a pet from Heavenly Pet you need to fill out our adoption application, the fees are variable from $25 - $50 for catgs and $50 - $150 for dogs. The application is available by e-mail and once received takes a day or two to process and includes a phone interview and sometimes a house visit for local applicants.
