Shelter FAQs

We are a self funded shelter run by the County Commisioners working on becoming a "No kill shelter". We started Neutering our dogs in March of 2010 and are currently trying to get a medical fund up and running to help with medical cost for treatable dogs. In November of 2010 we also started a training program at a local prison for obedience training and they are in the process of trying to start an assistant dog training program. We are striving to get better all the time.
