Areas Chino Valley Animal Shelter Serves

We serve the town of Chino Valley and all of our animals are either strays picked up by animal control that were never claimed or owner surrendered.

Chino Valley Animal Shelter's Adoption Process

1. Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Appointments are highly encouraged. To make an appointment, please call 928-636-4223, ext. 7

2. Sign Adoption Contract

3. Pay Fee

4. Take the Pet Home

Puppies under 6 months: $200.00
Dog 6 months - 12 months: $175.00
Dogs 1 year - Older: $150.00
Kitten - up to 6 months old: $115.00
Cat - 6 months and older: $50.00
These adoption fees cover the cost of the spay/neuter, rabies shot, microchip, DAPP and Bordetella vaccinations.
However, often times we have dogs available for just $35 so make sure to call us and find out prices.
