Animal Rescue Foundation of Texas rescues dogs and cats from local and international areas, primarily from shelters. All animals are examined by a vet, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. ARF, also, rehabilitates, socializes and begins basic training for their animals.
