Rescue FAQs

Like the animals that come our way, Animal Rescue Connections (ARC) may be small but we make a big difference in people’s and animals’ lives. Primarily serving Bulverde, Comal County, and Northern San Antonio, ARC is an all-foster based organization with volunteers who are passionate about our adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and helpline programs. Located in Bulverde TX, we are an all-foster organization, caring for our rescued animals in our own homes. Because we are not a shelter, we cannot take in all the animals we get called about, but we can find the "connections" you need to help you with your rescued, lost or found animal.
