Companion Animal Alliance's Adoption Process

Adoption fees range from $80-250 depending on the animal. All animals are fully vetted, dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered. A home visit may be requested.

About Companion Animal Alliance

We are a non-profit open intake shelter that serves all of East Baton Rouge parish. We strive to improve the lives of abandoned, unwanted and abused animals in our parish. We house approximately 400 animals at any given time. We take in 20-30 new animals a day. We are always in need of fosters both short and long term, donations, and volunteers.

Come Meet Companion Animal Alliance's Pets

Meet our pets at the shelter everyday from 10 am to 5 pm including weekends.
Offsite adoptions are held at Petsmart on Millerville Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am until 3 pm.
