Whiskers or Wags, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We located in Paintsville, KY, but we work with transport companies in order to try to help our animals get to approved loving homes. Please contact us if you see an animal you are interested in! We have LOTS of wonderful pets waiting for loving homes!

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting any of our wonderful creatures please contact us at wowanimalrescue@gmail.com. We will be glad to email you an adoption application and fees for the particular animal.
They give love unconditionally and ask only the same in return. They are often the first ones to great you when you come home from a long day at work with a smile on their face and a wagging tail or a purr to let you know they’ve missed you. You will be amazed at how quickly one of these loving animals becomes part of the family and you can’t imagine your life without them.
