Additional adoption info
Dog prices vary- please contact the shelter with questions: (419)626-6220. All of our animals are spay/neutered, current on vaccinations, dewormed and on flea/heartworm prevention. If you are from Erie County, then there would be an additional cost for the dog tag. Cats range in price from $50 (ages 2 years and older), $75 (ages 7 months to 2 years), and $100 for kittens 6 months and younger. We do suggest you come in and meet the animals before picking your 'fur-ever' friend. An application is required once you have made your choice, and we ask 24-72 hours to process that application before arrangements are made to take your new pet home. A copy of that application can be downloaded from our website http://www.humanesocietyoferiecounty.org or you can pick one up in our lobby!
