Leesburg Humane Society's Adoption Process

1. Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

We like to see how the pet reacts to you , and you to them.

2. Interview

We like to do a face to face "application" having conversation.

3. Sign Adoption Contract

We have certain things that are deal breakers for us. We have rescued these animals once, and we don't want to rescue them again.

dog adoption - $90.00

About Leesburg Humane Society

We are a true, no - kill, non profit shelter. Although we love to see our animals go to for ever homes, we are not desperate to adopt out. We are in a rural area where the dogs can run and play, and the cats are in a large "community living" area where they can stay indoors or go outside in the sun. It's a very nice place for them to wait for their families to come and get them.
