A Dewitt, MI 48820 rescue helping to find loving homes for cats.
1 - 1 of 1 Adoptable Pets at This Shelter
What started out as a TNR project (trap, neuter, release) for an over-population of feral cats in the North Lansing/Dewitt area. We added a rescue for "feral to family" animals that show potential of socialization. I am a small operation, just myself and family doing all the work. All cats are healthy, happy and raised like family; we make every effort to limit cage time and raise each one as part of the family (but they will be much happier when they have found their forever home).
We welcome visitors to meet our pets on an appointment basis.
Applications can be provided thru email and submitted during "meet and greet" of the pets.. Any questions will be addressed at this point.
Applications may take 2-4 days to approve as we also work other jobs. We process applications as quick as possible, but please be patient.
All adoptions require a contract to remain on file. At this time adoption fee is collected
BRING A CARRIER! You are taking your new friend HOME!!
No pet will be released without an appropriate carrier for transport.
I am a small rescue that started as a TNR program and has branched into a "Feral to Family" rescue for kittens that are socialized to indoor life with people. All kittens/cats are up to date on shots, Felv/Fiv tested, and are neutered or come with a pre-paid voucher for sterilization.
All pets are acclimated to a household environment. we try to keep the use of cages to a minimum so that each pet will be familiar to indoor home life and the noises/movements that come with it.
I am strictly non-profit and all adoption fees go to the medical care of the animals.
