Gwinnett County Animal Welfare & Enforcement's Adoption Process

Current fees are $90.00 for dogs/puppies and $30.00 for one cat/kitten or $40.00 for two cats/kittens. Gwinnett County Employees, Over 55 and Current/Former US Military qualifies for special discounts. All fees include spay/neuter of the animal, first round of vaccinations and a microchip. We do not require any pre-screening or home checks. Please bring a state issued ID card with you when you adopt.

We are one of the leaders in the State of Georgia for animal rescue and adoption!! We pride ourselves with courtesy, creativity and professionalism in our work to save more animals every day!! We strongly encourage community involvment with the rescue of our homeless pets and also responsible ownership of the pets that already have a loving home to call their own. Come Meet Gwinnett County Animal Welfare & Enforcement's Pets

We are located at 884 Winder Highway in Lawrenceville. Our kennel is open to view the animals on Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 6:00pm and on Saturdays from 11:00am to 4:00pm. We are constantly having off site events, please check the website for more details.
