Fur-Ever Fosters is a small dog rescue that operates in Illinois. Although we do not take in large breed dogs, we will do everything we can to help you rehome your pet whether that would be with another rescue or one of our fosters until permanent placement is found. If you are in search of a large breed dog, we work with many rescues who may have what you are looking for.
The mission of Fur-Ever Fosters is to rescue small senior and special needs animals from local shelters. We provide loving foster homes, promote and facilitate responsible pet ownership and intervene in cases of animal cruelty.

Fur-Ever Fosters is located in Kincaid IL I and we are an all volunteer based rescue. We can only take in as many animals as we have foster homes.
Adoption steps

- Applications are a way of opening up the means of communication to potentially adopt a dog from our rescue. Please contact us for an app.
- Home Check
- This is a multi-step phase. We do the interview, home-check and you get to meet the pet during this phase of adoption.
- Sign Adoption Contract
Additional adoption info
Our adoption fee is $250 which includes the animals spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip and current months flea/heartworm preventative.
If you are a Senior Citizen age 60 and up, then all adoption fees are waived for dogs over the age of 8.
