Butler County Humane Society Pennsylvania

As a nonprofit animal shelter, the Butler County Humane Society has served the Butler County community for over 120 years. Contrary to popular belief, our shelter is not funded by taxpayer dollars; instead, we rely on community support for most of our funding. We provide a temporary, safe, no-kill shelter for homeless, adoptable dogs and cats, ultimately placing them in loving homes or with caring rescues while increasing community awareness of the humane treatment of animals through education, spay-neuter programs, rabies clinics, and respect for life.

The Butler County Humane Society serves all of Butler County Pennsylvania. We provide a safe place for the strays of Butler County to stay until they are reunited with their owners or until they find their forever home.
