Rescue FAQs

We're an all volunteer group of concerned citizens committed to animals in need of rescue. We are passionate about spaying/neutering to end unnecessary euthanasia due to pet over-population. We rescue from local high kill shelters and abandoned dogs. To adopt go to http://www.kcpetrescue.org/adoption-application.html
Arkansas, the Midwest and the Northeast Regions of the US. We are a 501(c)(3) all breed rescue, non-profit organization. We are in good standing with the Secretary of State's office. We do out of state adoptions.

Additional adoption info

Our dogs are special to us, so we do check references and may require home checks for adopters. Most of our dogs come from kill shelters, dumped or abused. Some maybe needy or in need of training.

Our adoption fees vary depending on the medical needs of the dog and cover all shots up to date according to the age of the dog, all required testing for diseases, spay or neutering of dogs (age appropriate), micro-chipped and transport fees (if we transport the dog).

We required a submitted application along with 3 non-related references. Please be patient, we are an all volunteer organization, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
