Rescue FAQs
Braveheart is a non profit 501c3 and works diligently to provide medical care and rehoming of abandoned and unwanted animals.
We serve the domestic animals and some farm and wildlife in our area in North Texas, Fannin County and smaller surrounding underserved areas. Whether an animal is rescued, adopted, fostered, they all receive loving care & medical treatment from our volunteers.
Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationIf you see a pet you are interested in, please submit an application to be considered as an adopter.
- Meet the PetOne your application is apporved, we will arrange a meet & greet for you with the pet of your choice.
- Sign Adoption ContractIf you and one of our rescue pets are a match, you'll complete the adoption agreement and make a donation to the rescue.
