Pammy’s 2nd Chance Rescue is a non-profit, foster-based, all-breed rescue based out of Tolleson, AZ.
We started working with other rescues before realizing that we needed to branch out on our own. We are grateful for everything we learned from them. We received our 501(c)(3) status in 30 days which we are pretty proud of since we were told it could take 9 months.
We have all breeds which are pampered equally. Nobody is left in the heat or the cold. The big dogs have beds in the garage with a heater for the winter plus misters and fans for the summer outside. The little one’s have a “doggie condo” in the house. They all share a 1/3 acre to play on to their hearts content.
If you are wondering how they can have a doggie condo in the house… We gave up our furniture for the dogs. The dogs in the garage listen to the radio to keep them happy, while the lil’ ones watch TV. Are we crazy? You tell me. The babies are happy and that is all we care about.

Additional adoption info
We require all adopters to sign contracts promising the proper care of their new furry friend, as well as other basic requirements, such as the guarantee that all adopted animals are returned to us if there is a need to give that animal up. We ask a small adoption fee, 75 dollars for cats and 125+ for dogs. This adoption fee includes all vaccines, rabies vaccine, spay and neuter and microchip.
