DPR of PA, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Pam Taylor and incorporated under its present name in 1989. The organization consists of a network of foster homes around Harrisburg, Reading, and York, PA, as well as central NJ. Foster homes are always needed. If you can foster, please complete our application at https://www.dprpa.org/adopt-foster. All Dobes that come into our rescue receive a full physical and behavioral exam and temperament evaluation which helps match them with the appropriate family. In addition, all dogs are spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations. We also serve as a resource to educate and assist Dober owners and are here to offer knowledgeable advice and answer questions if needed about your Dobe. PA Kennel License # 14649
