Rescue FAQs

Nana's PIT Stop & Bully Breed Rescue is a Texas Non-Profit Corporation, 501.c.3 consisting of a Founder/President, Vice President, three (3) Board Members, and various other volunteers who are dedicated to saving Bully Breed dogs in need. Whether victims of abuse, neglect, in animal control facilities, or dogs in need of re-homing, we volunteer our time and give freely our love to the most misunderstood dog breeds in the world. We operate on public donations, and all donations go directly to the care of our rescued dogs. We rescue, rehabilitate, transport, shelter, adopt out, educate the public, and work to positively change minds through example, of how loving and loyal these dogs are, and can be, with proper care and responsible pet parenting.
Our kennels are currently FULL. If you live in one of the listed areas and are interested in fostering or volunteering, please contact us. Based in Cooke County, North Texas Area, Serve: Collin County, Cooke County, DFW, Dallas County, Denton County, Grayson County, Montague County, Tarrant County, Southern OK.
