Rescue FAQs

Toledo's PET Bull Project rescues dogs and puppies from our local community. Our mission is to Prevent animal cruelty and dog fighting in our community; to Educate on the importance of spay & neuter; and to Train people to be good advocates for their pet, whatever their breed.

Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed; vet and landlord checks, if applicable, will be done. If everything checks out, the application will be sent to the foster. The foster will then review it and will contact you to discuss said application.
All of our dogs are in foster homes so once you decide on which dog you would like to meet and/or adopt, complete and submit an adoption application, which can be found at www.toledospetbullproject.com/adoption-info/ (please copy and paste into your browser) or you can find the adoption application on our website under the Adoptable Dogs tab. If you are interested in one our great dogs, the first step is to complete an adoption application.
