Rescue FAQs

Founded by Jennifer Johnston Chopping, Caring Hearts for Canines has goal to provide happy and safe homes for dogs of all ages that have been placed in shelters. In return, the adoption will give an individual or family with a dog they will love, cherish and adore. There are so many dogs who need homes who have been surrendered for one reason or another, abandoned or are dangerously running lose. It is important and a priority for Caring Hearts for Canines to find the right dog for the right family, to ensure the perfect match. We take pride in all of our success stories and hope we can add you to our long list of happy matches! As we always say, We Rescue Them, They Rescue Us!
Caring Hearts for Canines is 501c3 non-profit dog rescue based out of Southern Pines, North Carolina. We service up and down the East Coast, pairing up rescued dogs with their forever home. Many of the dogs we rescue are pulled out state dog pounds or come to use through people who need to surrender their pet.

Additional adoption info
