We proudly serve the Treasure Valley area of Idaho. Including Boise, Nampa and Meridian. If you live outside the Treasure Valley and interested in one of our pets, we will do our very best to find a way to connect you to your potential forever friend.

To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that all potential adopters fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. Once you have been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, FELV/FLV and heartworm testing, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested dogs or cats help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other rescues, enabling us to save more lives.

Our goal at AVAR is to find "Furever Homes" for those pets who might otherwise be put down at other facilities for things such as a treatable injury, illness, or abandoned pets. We will treat and or rehabilitate these pets, then place them for adoption.
We are proud to be associated with the All Valley Animal Care Center and their amazing medical staff. With out whom, we could not do what we do at the level we do it. When pets come in needing medical treatment, they treat our rescue animals with great compassion and make sure they are cared for up to the point of adoption and in many cases, after they are adopted as well!
All Valley Animal Rescue runs solely on the adoption fees collected and donations made by the amazing people of the greater Boise area and the Treasure Valley. Thank you so much for your support!

Why should you adopt?
Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life.
What is the difference between adopting a dog, adopting a cat, adopting a kitten or adopting a puppy versus getting dogs for sale, cats for sale, puppies for sale or kittens for sale from a dog breeder or a cat breeder?
When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
