Four years ago, CFPF, formerly R.A.D., was formed to primarily help former shelter dogs who have been abandoned by their rescues or adopters with fosters, and in vets and kennels. These dogs are forsaken with no voice, left stranded with no options except certain euthanasia, often due to costly medical needs.
