PAD PAWS Animal Rescue is a non-profit 501c3 organization specializing in abandoned and injured cats in Jersey City, NJ. The majority of our rescues include rehabilitation through foster care until a permanent home is found. We are not a TNR rescue group and do not take in surrendered pets. Our main focus is to rescue cats in immediate danger (due to construction sites, urban development, and busy city streets), and move them to safety through adoption. PAD PAWS handles all medical costs, adoption, education, rehabilitation, as well as assisting with other local community organizations in rescuing cats.

Additional adoption info
Our adoption process includes an interview, meet and greet the requested adoptee, an application and a home visit prior to approval. Our adoption fee is $150, which covers all initial exams, vaccinations, testing and spay/neuter.
