Mile High Dachshunds Rescue is a 501(c)(3) volunteer-run, foster-based nonprofit Colorado corporation committed to protecting and improving the lives of abandoned, abused, rescued, and surrendered Dachshunds. All expenses related to rescuing Dachshunds, getting them the veterinary care they need, providing for their care while in one of our foster homes, and all the other financial requirements of maintaining a successful animal rescue are provided by fundraisers, grants, and donations.
Based in Greater Denver Metro Area and serving the entire state of Colorado. We do not adopt out-of-state.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fee: Puppy (12 months or younger) $350: Adults $275
Requires application with personal references and veterinary reference, home check, and adoption contract.
