Jackson County Dog Pound

We have a small staff of 3 paid employees, and a small number of event volunteers. We all love animals and have made it our mission to help them in any way we can. Please call us for more information about volunteering or attending events! We work hard to rehome the stray and unwanted dogs of our county as well as getting lost pets home to their families. The residents of Jackson, Wellston and Oak Hill have made our progress possible over the past few years. We now have a very minimal euthanasia rate and a 97-99% live release rate (only severely aggressive and deathly ill dogs are put down)!
