Rescue FAQs

We are primarily an organization that provides low cost spay/neuter services for dogs and cats, and we have a large feline TNR (trap/neuter/return) program. We place homeless felines as companion pets in loving homes or as mousers in clean barns and workshops. We discover them during our sterilization project for outdoor cats, being unplanned litters born to strays. A few are cats abandoned at the Haywood County shelter that needed foster care.

Additional adoption info

We require a $10 adoption fee plus we graciously accept donations so that we can continue to spay and neuter our rescued cats. Our adoption applicatioin/agreement is online at http://hawaspayneuter.org/docs/adoptionagreement.pdf
