Pet Central Helps is an animal rescue serving Central Illinois with its primary location in Bloomington, Illinois. We believe that pets and people belong together; that financial circumstances alone are not reliable indicators of the capacity to love and care for a companion animal.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. Visit our website at petcentralhelps.org and apply for the pet of your choice. Our website is the most "up to date" info for available pets.
  2. Interview
    1. An adoption specialist will reach out to discuss your adopter survey and go over an needs the pet may have.
  3. Sign Adoption Contract
    1. All paperwork is done electronically, and once the paperwork is received and fee is paid, we will schedule a time to pick up your pet.
  4. Take the Pet Home
    1. Curbside Cuddles is usually on a Saturday. Arrive for your scheduled appointment and pick up your pet curbside!
