Rescue FAQs

We are a pit bull, bully breed rescue. We intake dogs at risk of abuse, neglect or in kill shelters. We will help any breed if possible, we don't discriminate against anyone in need but our focus and passion are the power breeds. Rehabilitation, training, medical attention, lots of love are provided and when ready we find them new forever homes.
All of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Yakima, Wapato, Prosser, Benton City, Tri-cities, anywhere that we are needed
  • 1. Submit Application
  • 2. Home Check

  • 6. Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

We take applications, do home checks, adoptions are only final when the dog/puppy has received all shots and been spayed/neutered and micro chipped.

We guarantee our dogs/puppies are a good fit or we take them back. We'll need time to arrange a foster for them because another dog will fill their spot after 1 week.
All adopters must comply with any requirements from city, county or home owners association. Adopters agree to never perform body modifications such as ear cropping, tail docking unless medically necessary.
Our adoption fees can be found at thepitbullpen.org
