Additional adoption info
Adoption Fees may be subject to change
A Training Contract Fee of $75.00 is charged to ensure our medium and large breed dogs attend basic obedience training. The $75.00 fee is refunded upon successful completion of the training and a certificate of completion is provided to the Rescue
We require a pre-adoption application for us to review prior to approval of an adoption. Home inspections may be required. If you have a dog that is living in the home, we highly encourage a meet and greet with the dog you are interested in at the shelter. This is a good way to see how they interact in a controlled and neutral location. If you rent a home or apartment, we need verification from the landlord that you can have a pet there. This can be a phone call, email or show that you have paid a pet deposit.
